Territory Sales Manager – Continence


Salary – £30K + Bonus + Car + Excellent Benefits


Territory: South West England – Ideal location Bristol/Bath


Our client is a leading manufacturer of high quality and innovative continence management solutions.


They are looking to recruit a Territory Sales Manager for the South West region.


As Territory Sales Manager, you will be required to manage key customers across the region for both home delivery and acute business, whilst working with the Commercial Manager to identify new business opportunities. You will also be required to grow business with allocated wholesale suppliers.


Key responsibilities and duties:



  • Identify new business opportunities across the South West region with support from the Commercial Manager

  • Increase customer network by identifying and developing KOL relationships

  • Lead customer evaluations as required

  • Attend regular face to face meetings with customers to ensure demonstration of the benefits and values the company deliver

  • Act as main point of contact for issue management and feedback, reporting back to the business

  • Be product expert to customers across the region

  • Attend exhibitions and events relevant to the business


Essential skills required;



  • Previous medical device sales experience

  • Ability to work as part of a team whilst enjoying autonomy

  • Flexible approach

  • Strong organisational skills

  • High level of commercial awareness

  • Excellent networking skills
