Patient Support Advisor 

£25K (FTE, DOE) + Excellent Benefits

Location: Northampton

(Part time working considered)

Our client is an inspirational organisation, renowned for providing highly innovative, quality products to support patients with specialist continence needs.

1-1   Healthcare are excited to be working with this client to recruit a Patient Services Support Assistant to provide advice and support to customer over the phone

As a Patient Support Advisor, you will be responsible for providing customers, which will include patients and Healthcare Professionals with guidance, support and information on the organisation’s product portfolio whilst ensuring the continued positive patient experience associated with this organisations product and services.

Key duties and responsibilities;

  • Answer all incoming helpline calls

  • Accurately process sample requests

  • Manage and maintain the customer database

  • Provide advice on how to fit/use products

  • Carry out follow up calls

  • Build strong customer relationships

  • Assist with marketing campaigns

 Essential skills;

  • Experience of caring for people with sheaths or indwelling catheters in a clinical environment

  • Nursing or HCA experience

  • Urology experience

  • Caring and empathetic nature

  • Self-motivated

  • Good attention to detail

  • Good listener

  • Good organisation and time management skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and database management
